Dana & Steven Poirier
Steven and Dana Poirier: Co-owners and Operating Managers of Loch Aerie Mansion Steven and Dana have lived in Chester County for 30 years.
Dana received a Bachelor of Science degree In Allied Health from The University of Connecticut in 1984. A Physical Therapist specializing in Adhesion Release.
Steven: A graduate of Springfield College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management 1985, University of Central Texas Master of Science degree in Business 1989. A Retired Army Captain, Aviation-Attack Helicopter Pilot 1985-1990 Fort Hood Texas. Medical Sales for 30 years.
John Serock
After graduating the prestigious Johnson & Wales University with dual degrees in Culinary and Food Service Management and several years in restaurant management, John realized his dreams we he founded John Serock Catering in 2000. Over the past 20 years John Serock Catering has developed a reputation, not just for trendy food and stellar service, but for their innovative approach to business and employee relations. John Serock is frequently recognized for his commitment and generosity to his industry and to the community in which he Lives and Works.
Elizabeth Ellen McGarrie
At VB Ellen Design we pride ourselves in creating a unique experience through full décor design services including florals, furniture, table curation and a full range of accessories and décor. Whether you prefer classic or modern; formal or casual; simple or spectacular; we can make your dream day come true at Loch Aerie Mansion. Elizabeth McGarrie is an Interior and Exterior Designer and Restoration Specialist. The VB Ellen Design & Vintage Betty Rentals team will create a unique experience for you and your family and friends.
AJ DiAntonio
Caretaker, Special Projects Consultant and Historian for Loch Aerie Mansion. A.J. assures a great experience for our guests as he provides loving care for the upkeep and oversight of the property. A.J. began his research of Loch Aerie over 30 years ago and now showcases his expertise with Loch Aerie’s living history. A former Television Producer, he now builds Chester County’s largest Christmas Shops voted Best of the Main Line in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Each year he brings the magic of Christmas to Loch Aerie as he helps to re-establish Loch Aerie’s landmark status in the community.
Violet Schmidt, Serock Catering, Loch Aerie Mansion, Event Specialist
Violet has been working in the food and service industry since first embarking on her career in 2014. As a senior member of the John Serock Catering team Violet is your catering manager and Day of Coordinator at Loch Aerie Mansion.
